At The City Varieties in Leeds.

"We saw Roy Walker. He was very funny. Nobody loves a fairy when she's 40 was great."

Dave Berry - Dave Dee - Mike Pender

"The musical made you want to dance. They sung a lot of songs we know. They shall cut the mustard although they have been around a few years. Some other bands have nothing to say, nothing to convey. They put others to shame." 

"Interesting to see them together. They sang all their old hits."

"He was good. This "old house" was great as usual."

"What a thrill to see him 'live'. He sang a lot from his new albums. I would have liked more of his old songs."

With the Quarry men.

"Donovan was as usual a great entertainer. He talked a lot. We know quite a few of the songs he sang."

"The Costumes were beautiful. They appeared to 'loose the plot' towards the end by introducing the fairy tale characters, but I still enjoyed it."
