The Action Adventure Group aims to provide more adventurous activities, which in the past have included:
- Go-Karting
- SCUBA diving
- Kayaking and canoeing
- Dry Slope Skiing
- Horse Riding
- Archery
- Weekends away
- Ice Skating
- Orienteering

Activities
10th November: 10-Pin Bowling Middlebrook
18th November: Snowboarding at Rossendale - 12 p.m. at the Hub - £3.00
A weekend of activities has taken place this year at Pwllelhi where members completed the Rope Works, 10 Pin Bowling, Roller Disco, Shooting, Archery, Fencing, Pool, Go Karts.
This group provides an access to sporting activities, which as an individual they would not experience. It has been proven that sporting activities and exercise are of benefit to people who experience mental health problems.
